1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Circularity Global platform ("Platform") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Nature of the platform
Circularity Global operates a Circular Infrastructure Network. The Platform provides intelligence, calculators, marketplace, AI tools, education and an investor portal. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, legal, tax, regulatory or engineering advice.
3. Accounts & eligibility
Users must be 18+ and provide accurate information. Investor flows are KYC-gated; we may refuse, suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion to comply with applicable law.
4. User content & listings
You retain ownership of content you submit (marketplace listings, applications, calculator inputs, AI tool inputs). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process this content to operate the Platform.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Misrepresentation of feedstock, capacity, offtake, or financial figures on listings or applications.
- Soliciting securities, raising capital, or marketing financial products outside our compliant flows.
- Scraping, automated bulk extraction, or reverse engineering of Platform components.
- Use of the Platform to circumvent sanctions, anti-money-laundering or KYC laws.
6. Sample & estimated data
Where the Platform displays the Sample badge, the underlying value is illustrative and intended for orientation only. Methodology is shown alongside the data. Production decisions should rely on the original sources we link to and on independent verification.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circularity Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the lesser of fees you paid us in the past 12 months or USD 100.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified by Circularity Global at point of contracting. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration where permissible.
9. Changes
We update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes are notified by email and on this page. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
